Elon Musk's Starlink may
soon get clearance from the Indian space regulator. The company has agreed to
comply with most of the provisions for Satellite to acquire a global mobile
personal communications license, but some
security requirements are under discussion. It is likely that in the coming
days, security related provisions will be agreed. Starlink also agrees that it
will not route data through gateways to countries that share a land border with
India. The company currently does not have any gateways in the land border
countries of India, but the company
has committed that if it establishes gateways in countries sharing land borders
in the future, then the data related to India will not be sent through them.

चर्चा स्टारलिंक इस बात पर भी सहमत है कि वह यह भारत के साथ भूमि सीमा साझा करने वाले
देशों में गेटवे के माध्यम से डेटा रूट नहीं करेगा। कंपनी का फिलहाल भारत के जमीनी
सीमा वाले देशों में कोई गेटवे नहीं है, लेकिन कंपनी ने प्रतिबद्ध किया है कि भविष्य में जमीनी सीमा साझा करने वाले देशों
में गेटवे स्थापित करती है तो वह भारत से जुड़ा डेटा उनके माध्यम से नहीं भेजा जाएगा।
